Terms of service.

1. Services

Services may include:

• Branding and logo design

• Squarespace website design and development

• Marketing consultancy

• SEO audits

• Related digital services

Full scope of work will be outlined in a written proposal or contract prior to commencement.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project slot.

• Final balance is due prior to website launch or final file delivery.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

3. Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal.

Additional revisions or scope changes will incur additional fees, and will be drawn up in writing before commencing further work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate written and visual content

• Providing assets and feedback within agreed timelines

• Securing necessary licences (e.g. fonts, imagery where applicable)

Delays in content or feedback may impact project timelines and Caitriona Burke cannot be held liable for this.

5. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables will become the property of the client once full payment has been received.

Caitriona Burke retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Websites built on Squarespace are subject to Squarespace’s own terms and policies.

I am not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, or external integrations beyond my control.

7. Limitation of Liability

While all work is carried out with care and professional diligence, Caitriona Burke is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential loss

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own business compliance and legal requirements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly.
